All other necko-provided services use contract IDs like "@mozilla.org/network/...", while the cache service in the new cache uses "@mozilla.org/netwerk/..." (note the name using e instead of o in netw[eo]rk). For those of us (like me!) who are used to using o for contract IDs, we should think about adding an alias contract ID that has the o.

This adds an alias to the same service. There is a 'typo' netwErk in the original one.
