Details

When "Ignore data points with very small numbers of submissions" is checked, we shouldn't be displaying data points with only 1 submission. Example: http://mzl.la/1xKq7Me
This was fixed in the new Telemetry dash that Anthony Zhang wrote during his summer 2015 internship
