We're now running performance tests on Flame, so we should enable the ingestion alerts.

I don't have push access to the datazilla repository. Could someone either grant this, or land this patch for me? There will be a few others to follow, which may need conflicts resolved as they touch the same file.

Do we need to create a pull request for every patch? Any reason I can't be granted push access to the repo, then I can take care of landing all the reviewed patches.
