STR:

1. Go to cnn.com
2. Open a new tab and in the address bar type cnn.
3. Move the focus to Switch to Tab cnn suggestion.
4. Hold Shift/Alt for at least 2 seconds.
5. Release the button.

Issue:
Holding Alt/Shift for a few sec will override Switch to Tab suggestion even after you release the button.

Note:
The bug is reproducible on Aurora and Beta.
It doesn't seem to be a regression.
It's reproducible only on Windows.
This should have been fixed along with bug 1024133
