The RESET button for a <FORM> fails to clear <input> and <textarea>
fields on the 2nd invocation (i.e. the first time it works, but subsequent
pushes of the RESET button fails to do anything>

This works on Nextscape 4.7.x, but not Mozilla (currently trying 0.9.4
build 2001092722)
Note the HTML spec says this should reset to the original values.
In my attached example, the <textarea> block is blank and the
<input> tag has a value of "", so it should clear the value.
How to reproduce:

1. Click on attchment below
   http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=51526&action=view
2. Fill in some random text into the input box and textarea boxes
3. Click reset (after which, your input will be cleared)
4. Repeat step 2
5. Repeat step 3

You will notice that form is no longer cleared when pressing reset button.
Verified that this is a regression bug. Works in 0.9.4 build 2001080610,
but not build 2001092722.
Well, bug 102176 seems to be fixed in my 0.9.4 build 2001093022, but this
bug 102532 still exists.
