>>Project/Request Title: create graphic for 2014 Engagement major initiatives calendar >>Project Overview: As part of our efforts to get better at integrated marketing and cross-team collaboration, we now have a calendar that outlines all the Engagement team's major projects coming up in Q3 and Q4. However, the current format isn't very visually appealing. The ask in this bug (which I'm filing on behalf of Mary Ellen) is to create an image that shows off all the various elements of the calendar. We're thinking we'll print it up at poster size and display in the appropriate spots around our offices (such as the 2nd floor in SF). We may also print at smaller formats and distribute in Santa Cruz. >> Creative Help Needed: Copy: No Design: Yes Video: No Other: No >>Creative Specs: Final deliverable is a print-ready poster size file. Size is flexible, so let's discuss. Maybe 20x30? >>CTA and Design: Will attach an Excel file with all the data (it's dense) and a picture of a large post-it that shows a better visual balance. Overall we need to make it as clean and readable as possible. >>Creative Due Date: 2014-07-02 >>Launch Date: 2014-07-07 >>Mozilla Goal: Org Support >>Points of Contact: Not provided
Created attachment 8440155 [details] superroughcalendar.JPG Photo of a large post-it where we jotted down an initial pass at the details. Only sharing b/c I like the sense of visual balance here a little better than the Excel file. (But don't bother trying to read or decipher the info here.)

Created attachment 8442877 [details] alternate calendar view Attaching a graphic Winston put together that might also be a good reference. The attachment in comment #2 is still the definitive content, but it's a little easier to get the big picture view from this.
Update: - the deliverable is now a blank template that we can fill in while in Santa Cruz rather than one that's already filled in - categories are now Firefox, Firefox OS, Mozilla, Community - Sean, let's talk about the format before you get started. We need it to be easy to update by anyone...I wonder if we could do this as a Google doc template that people could fill in?
I'm assuming this is a wontfix, though I could fire up the Delorean if need be.
