During FTE on the Firefox Accounts screen, the "Next" button should be changed to a "Skip" button to make that action more clear for the user.

Looks good. There is an effort to clean up mozL10n.get uses (bug 1020138) which will need to touch this again, but I think it makes sense to not conflate the 2 and let this land as-is.
