Build ID: 20010924 Composer looses part of a selection if you remove a list from aligned text. The entire you text you use must be wrapped in one div tag, if there is a div tag for each line then this will not reproduce. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Open Composer 2.Click on the center alignment button on the toolbar 3.Type in 3 lines of text 4.Click Edit -> Select All 5.Click on the list button on the toolbar 6.Click on the Outdent button on the toolbar Actual Results: The list will be removed but the selection will be changed to highlight the first line. Expected Results: I would expect that composer would not loose part of my selection after clicking on a button.
Another thing to note. The selection will cover the entire text if you use the list button on the toolbar.
The steps to reproduce I put earlier left out some info. Here are new steps to reproduce: 1.Open composer 2.Click on the numbered list button on the toolbar 3.Make 4 list item lines 4.Click edit-> select all 5.Click indent one time 6.Click outdent twice Actual Results: Here you will see that only the first line is highlighted even though you did not change the selection.
Confirmed with new steps to reproduce on Win 2k using build 20011009 and Mac OSX using build 20011009.

I am still seeing this issue on Win 2k using Netscape trunk build 20011015 and Mozilla build 20011012. One thing to note is that you have to follow the second steps to reproduce, or if you are following the first, you have to seperate your lines of text by hard returns. I am reopening this bug.
Oops, now I am reopening this.

Following the 2nd set of steps in comment 2, I don't see a problem (all four lines remain selected). -->worksforme
