(vertical-homescreen) Smart Collection header visual adjustment
See attachment. Because the status bar now becomes opaque on entering a smart collection, the semi-transparent header looks odd at times because it lets the wallpaper show through. If the wallpaper imagery mismatches with the smart collection background imagery, it doesn't look good. Suggested solutions: 1) Make the header 100% opaque and match the edit mode header colour (#2b2b2b). 2) Make the smart collection background extend up into the header (this is harder, and probably has some potential ramfications). #1 is the safest option, and most legible, and would be my recommendation.

Mass update: Resolve wontfix all issues with legacy homescreens. As of 2.6 we have a new homescreen and having these issues open is confusing. All issues will block bug 1231115 so we can use that to re-visit any of these if needed.
