Details

Inconsistent animation in over scroll between homescreen and edit mode headers. Edit mode header doesn't shrink from the center compared to homescreen and also text sizes shrink in edit mode but not in homescreen.

There may still be platform bugs here, but the fix for bug 1026166 solved this. We took the header out of the overscroll pane, so it no longer gets animated. Let me know if you're still seeing issues with this.
