Divider lines don't disappear when you move icons out of the sections.

Steps to reproduce:

1. In edit mode, drag icons to the bottom of the screen to create divider sections.
2. Move icons out of the section. Divider lines don't disappear after all icons have been removed from the section.

It's clearly a bug but doesn't always reproduce so marking this as a non-blocker.
I'm leaving qawanted here to nail down reproduction rate of this bug & to know if the divider lines will disappear post phone restart.

I attempted moving multiple apps into and out of the bottom divider. I used system apps, everything.me categories, and downloaded apps. I've tried moving the last app in and out of the section quickly, deleting the app, and moving the app deeper down the homescreen.

Actual result: After the last app is moved, the devider disappears.

Thank you for checking on this. I have a feeling that this was fixed in some of our recent drag drop patches. Unfortunately I do not have an exact bug or commit for this.

I'm going to close as worksforme, but if we see it again or get a STR, let's reopen.
