Details

Steps to reproduce: 

1. Create a smart collection (long enough that you need to scroll through)
2. Scroll up and down the list. Header background colour changes to black when you scroll all the way to the top and bottom.

This should be resolved with the collections edit mode work. Please reopen with a video if you still see this happening.
