Accept data from a WebSockets server running on the same machine as the WebIDE, e.g. on port 9000.

This will be useful to stream data from external data sources like :jhylands' awesome device power consumption tool.
Depends on: monitor
OS: Linux → All
Hardware: x86_64 → All
This will be worked on in bug 1020288 directly.
