steps to reproduce:
1. Search for :paid on marketplace-stage
2. Start the purchase flow by clicking on the Buy button
3. Sign in using persona
4. Enter PIN

expected behavior:
Confirm Screen loads after user is confirmed using silent SMS

observed behavior:
Error page loads with "NOTICE_ERROR"
