This is also fixed because we use separate flavor for msg and folder.

This doesn't work for me (unless this bug was filed for only the _act_ of
dropping, and didn't cover the viewing of those attachments, but it's hard to tell).

What follows is the HTML output:

I wasn't clear about whatI meant by "folder"

turns out, we shouldn't allow OS folders either (nice catch, stephend)

marking fixed, so he can reverify.  

stephen said he'll log a new bug on the OS folder issue.

I'm no longer able to drag and drop folders from the folder pane into the
attachment area in mail compose.  As an additional test, I dropped one and then
sent the message, and verified we don't attach any there, either.
