found using 2001.10.01.0x-branch comm bits. the context menu access key 'a' is
duplicated for "save link as" and "save image".

1. go to http://mozilla.org
2. bring up context menu over the banner --the left half is best. [the
right-most portion isn't a linked image].

result: the context menu for a linked image displays the following conflicting
access key items:

Sa_ve Link As
Sa_ve Image <image name>...
tentatively nominating for moz0.9.5, change as needed. also adding dependency.

i'm filing these bugs so that i can easily track these issues when i test
context menus --whether it's verifying the future fix, or removing it from my
list if the feature changes due to bug 75338.
