Hopefully just a URL switch (from https://api-dev.bugzilla.mozilla.org/latest/ to https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/bzapi/), but will need to test.

Someone else feel free to take this if they get to it first :-)

I did some testing, since I was verifying the ES backups anyway.  Everything seems to be fine (although I discovered bug 1027800 in the process).  Ed, do you have a preferred time to switch it over?  I didn't want to do it while you were afk in case something went sideways.
