If a device is visible on the nearby devices list of FxOS device, and that device initiates pairing with FxOS device, the other device will appear in the paired device list and in the nearby devices list. If FxOS device attempts to pair with device listed in nearby devices, they will be told that they are unable to pair with the device
prerequisite: have two FxOS devices, DevA and DevB
1) Update a Flame to BuildID: 20140617000201
2) On both devices: Launch Settings > Bluetooth
3) On both devices: Enable Blootooth and set device to Visible (ensure both devices are visible on the other device)
4) On DevB: Initiate pairing with DevA
5) Complete pairing on both devices
6) Observe bluetooth settings screen on DevA
Actual:
DevB is displayed twice
Expected:
DevB is only displayed in paired devices list

Make sure that if you add the regression keyword that you ask a lead to triage the bug to determine if it's a blocker or not.

I would not nominate this as a blocker - while having a mid to high range of visibility I don't feel this is a horrible issue as both statements will be true - the device IS both paired and in the area and will not scream bug to many users. Removing regression-window wanted unless this sentiment is over-ruled.

We need a little bit more info before making a blocking call.
If you kill the settings app & go back to the bluetooth screen, then is the other device still listed as visible?

After closing the Settings app then returning to the Bluetooth page, the paired device does not show in the Devices in the Area section even if the other device has their Visible to All switch on. Tested on Flame 2.1 and Flame 2.0
