1026601 - Lightning 2.6.5 shows a double toolbar on first-run

When I install Lightning 2.6.5 in Thunderbird 31.0 on Linux (Ubuntu 12.04 based) I get a double toolbar for the first time.

1. Install Lightning for the first time in Thunderbird
2. Restart Thunderbird
3. Click the calendar icon

> Two toolbars appear

4. Close the calendar tab
5. Click the calendar icon

> One toolbar appears

Lightning 2.6.5 is not compatible with Thunderbird 31, which is in beta. Please check https://developer.mozilla.org/en/Calendar/Calendar_Versions

Thunderbird 24 = Lightning 2.6.5
Thunderbird 31 = Lightning 3.3
Thunderbird n  = Lightning ((n + 2) / 10)
