102671 - No accounts show up in Accounts pane

Starting late this evening all incremental and clobber builds
have stopped showing any of my e-mail accounts in the left-hand
pane of the mailnews window.  In a test profile without any
e-mail accounts defined I creted a mail account and it did
not show up in the pane either.  I have to resort to a build
from yesterday.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start mozilla
2. Open the mailnews window
3.

Actual Results:  Completely blank left pane

Expected Results:  A hierarchical list of accounts and mailboxes displayed.

I just finished a new clobber build, 2001100221, and the problem remains.

I just created a brand new profile, added a POP3 e-mail account, and
even though it shows up in the "Mail & News Account Settings", it doesn't
show up in the accounts/folders pane.  It does show up twice in the "Get Msg"
drop-down button but clicking on it has no effect (doesn't ask for the
password it would need).

I just did a clobber build with g++ 2.95.3 and this doesn't show up.
This brings to 2 the number of regressions when using Sun's compilers
(the other being the also-unresolved 101896).

Marking these all WORKSFORME sorry about lack of response but were very
overloaded here. Only reopen the bug if you can reproduce with the following steps:

1) Download the latest nightly (or 0.9.6 which should be out RSN)
2) Create a new profile
3) test the bug again

If it still occurs go ahead and reopen the bug. Again sorry about no response
were quite overloaded here and understaffed.
