RFE: Option for View -> Show/Hide -> Navigation Tabbar (or whatever the name is)
I see no reason to add this to the View menu. I do plan to add a pref to allow
the tab bar to always show in the single tab case. Changing bug to reflect that.

Summary: View -> Show/Hide -> Navigation Tabbar → Add a pref to always show tabbar in single tab case
Actually, the intention of my RFE is to have an equivalent menu-item for the
otherwise undiscoverable "Ctrl+T". Other applications like the ultra-edit editor
have an equivalent menu-item in their View menu. My original RFE looks nicer
(Plus, the state of the checkmark might have to persist in the usual way --
which will basically do what the pref will do, but with the convenience of not
having to go to Edit -> Prefs -> labyrinth...).
CTRL+T is New Navigator Tab. It is under the File/New submenu.

Sounds like hyatt is treating this as a duplicate of bug 103463 (or vice
versus). Either that or it is Invalid since Ctrl+T is also File->New->Navigator Tab.
Fixed.
