User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_9_3) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/35.0.1916.153 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce: 1) Create a container element (A) that has overflow scroll on it. 2) Add content to the container so it scrolls 3) Create another element (B) that covers container A. 4) Touch down and move to "scroll" where element B overlaps container A. See ScrollBug.html Actual results: FxOS 1.1.1.0-prerelease: - Nothing moves (expected) FxOS 1.3.0.0-prerelease: - Container A scrolled even though the touch down occurred on element B (not expected) - Scroll bars appear below element B (expected) Expected results: Nothing should have moved.
