102692 - Autocomplete Preferences dialog gets cut off or garbled after certain steps.

The Autocomplete Preferences dialog (in Navigator->Smart Browsing) gets cut off
on the right side if you do the following steps.

Reproducable: Always

Steps to reproduce:

1) Start with a new profile.
2) Go to Edit->Preferences->Navigator->Smart Browsing
3) Click on Advanced next to Location Bar Autocomplete
4) Check "Autocomplete best matches as you type"
5) Uncheck "Show list of matching results"
5) Click OK
6) Restart Mozilla (This needs to be done!)
7) Open the Autocomplete Preferences dialog again.

Result: The dialog is cut off on the right side as the below attached screenshot
shows.

Expected result: The entire dialog should be displayed.

I have seen this for quiet some time, but until now I was unsure of the exact
steps to reproduce it.

The behaviour differs from what i see:

The box isn't cut here, it's "squished" - and comes up at about two thirds of
the width it should be. Preview images are unreadable.
Testing with current Linux CVS, seen this for a while.

i see something similar: the dialog is narrower. however, the button and
menulist aren't clipped --the menulist is garbled.

joe, why was this futured? i actually see this on all platforms now
[2001.11.28.0x-comm on linux rh7.2, winnt and mac 10.1.1].

I still see this with 2002-01-11-21 on Linux.

It can be noted that it is only cut of the first time you enter this dialog
after the restart. On a later visit it is back to normal.
