This is a recent regression it's working fine on 'master@{2014-06-15 18:00}'

The first times only shows the date in the top left corner, like if the statusbar only got a touchstart but no touchmove.

I wonder if something screw up the top-panel z-index or something (for the fullscreen status bar).

Any idea?

I tried reverting a few things that I thought might be a culprit, but no luck. Do you have a revision for when it was working? Doesn't seem like too big of an area to bisect, I can help out if needed.

Verified the issue is fixed on Flame 2.2, 2.1 and 2.0
