Details

When a transaction in webpay completes, webpay will send the original purchase JWT back to zamboni in a postback with additional information about the purchase (the price, etc).  We must also send the persona identity of the purchaser (email) with that JWT.

This is usurped by https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1034253 as we will be sending the buyer_uuid instead of the email directly.
