1027286 - implement gengo human translation system status

The Gengo human translation system logs events. We currently have a Gengo Maintenance admin page. We want to add a few things to this page regarding the human translations:

1. a list of the GengoJobs waiting in the queue, a summary of each job and when it was added

2. a list of the GengoJobs that are in progress and waiting to be picked up, a summary of each job and when the order was created

3. a histogram of the last 7 days showing how many jobs were created and completed per day broken down by product

4. (optional--probably needs additional bookkeeping bits) it'd be great to know roughly how long each job takes to complete

Grabbing this to implement now.

I'm trimming the needs to these:

1. show a list of outstanding orders
2. add GengoJob and GengoOrder admin pages
3. show last 7 days of created and completed orders

The rest we can deal with later as we need.
