There's a "Translate" button on the response view that allows you to do Gengo machine translation for that specific response. We should add a "Translate (human)" button on the response view available only to admin that allows you to do a Gengo human translation for that specific response. This will let us test the human translation system before we turn on the firehose.
Grabbing this one. I need it for testing things.
