The Gengo human translation system is asynchronous and the work is done via a cron job.
This bug covers adding the translations_sync command to the crontab to kick off every hour. This will pull any existing translations from any of the systems and push any new translation jobs from any of the systems.

Pushed to stage. Going to sit on this for the weekend and push it to prod on monday provided there are no issues.
