Expired tasks are visible and display 'Get Started' button within the tool. User is shown 'Sorry couldn't find the page' error after clicking the button.

Ex: https://oneanddone.mozilla.org/en-US/tasks/9/

Expected: Get started button is removed/disabled if task is expired
Target Milestone: Milestone 1 → Milestone 2
