Details

If a bug isn't present in bzcache, it's added, but the data isn't returned.  To reproduce, you can use the dev ES cluster, delete the bzcache index, then go directly to the bug details for any bug.  You'll see a message about no info being found, but if you refresh, it loads successfully.

Wontfix in favour of OrangeFactor v2 which will consume Treeherder's API, and likely be written from scratch.
