If you make a list from text with the paragraph or address style then the list
will allow list to be inserted in the list.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Composer
2.Click on the paragraph drop-down on the toolbar and choose address
3.Type a few lines of text
4.Click Edit -> select all
5.Click the bulleted list button on the toolbar
6.Click at the beginning of the first line of the list
7.Click on the numbered list button on the toolbar
Actual Results:
A numbered list is added to the document inside of the bulleted list. This can
also be done using the bulleted list button on the toolbar.
Expected Results:
I would expect that composer would change the bulleted list to a numbered list
or remove the list after clicking on the bulleted list button.

Confirmed on Mac OSX using build 20011003, and Win 2k using build 20011002.

I got slightly different behaviour, in step 5, only the first item became a part
of the list. I then got two list indicators, the bullet and the number 1, as you
indicated in the following steps.

Syd's description is correct: After attempting to change list type, the first
item (where caret is) changes to numbered list correctly. You must select multiple
list items if you want to convert more than one to a different list type.
