Steps to reproduce:

1. Open MailNews
2. Open context menu of "Blogs & News Feeds"
3. Select "Subscribe..."



Actual results:

An error dialog box appears:
  XML Parsing Error: undefined entity
  Location: chrome://messenger-newsblog/content/feed-subscriptions.xul
  Line Number 200, Column 9: ...



Expected results:

"Subscribe" dialog should open.
DUP of Bug 368266 - The "RSS subscription" dialog should have an "OK" button
