I'm not sure when this was added, but there's now a Moth subtest called "mochitest-plugins".  I'm not really sure how to run this locally, and it does not appear to have mach integration, which is sad.  I think it runs plugins in-process or something.
Yes. This runs the mochitest-plain suite of tests, only under plugins/test/mochitest but with OOPP forced off. We need to continue running this until we get Java using OOPP and then decide to stop supporting the in-process plugin case. Which I hope can be fairly soon.
