I don't have a problem getting to the login screen with Gecko/20011003 Win32 build. So I cannot confirm the reported problem. However, there is a problem of the use of "document.all" and "document.layers" for displaying info tip for "guest' and "new user" links. They don't show on Mozilla. Confirmed for the latter problem.

This is Citibank India. arun is working on Citibank US -- so let me CC him. There are quite a few Citibank sites around the world but not all exihibit the same problem. This one does nto seem to be a blocking problem.
