Steps to reproduce:
about:preferences -> security -> saved passwords
firefox displays base URLs and usernames
firefox does not display sub sites of the base URL, which have different user names and passwords
Actual results:
firefox does not display sub sites of the base URL, which have different user names and passwords
Expected results:
firefox should display sub sites of the base URL

Do you mean subdomains, like addons.mozilla.org, or something like mozilla.org/blabla?
Works for me with subdomains in 2014-06-23-03-02-01-mozilla-central-firefox-33.0a1.ru.linux-x86_64 and (same profile, ONLY NEWLY-saved password) firefox-30.0.en-US.linux64

I was referring to the schema of <base URL>/sub-directory
such as
mozilla.org/mailman
mozilla.org/bugzilla

Or maybe just displaying in the list won't be wontfixed. But Firefox would have to choose which path to show, and it might not matter to the user.
