User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686; rv:30.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/30.0 (Beta/Release) Build ID: 20140611060256 Steps to reproduce: about:preferences -> security -> saved passwords firefox displays base URLs and usernames firefox does not display sub sites of the base URL, which have different user names and passwords Actual results: firefox does not display sub sites of the base URL, which have different user names and passwords Expected results: firefox should display sub sites of the base URL
Do you mean subdomains, like addons.mozilla.org, or something like mozilla.org/blabla? Works for me with subdomains in 2014-06-23-03-02-01-mozilla-central-firefox-33.0a1.ru.linux-x86_64 and (same profile, ONLY NEWLY-saved password) firefox-30.0.en-US.linux64

I was referring to the schema of <base URL>/sub-directory such as mozilla.org/mailman mozilla.org/bugzilla

bug 263387? Or maybe just displaying in the list won't be wontfixed. But Firefox would have to choose which path to show, and it might not matter to the user.
