What problems would this solve?
===============================
Currently, the website http://hacks.mozilla.org/ which is promoting techniques of modern Web development is barely readable on any mobile devices. There are a few issues related to the headers and the CSS.

first would be to replace the
width=1024
by
width=device-width,initial-scale=1

The CSS would have to be adjusted.

Who would use this?
===================
Any users

What would users see?
=====================
A readable Web site.

What would users do? What would happen as a result?
===================================================
Being able to read it on their mobile devices, including Firefox OS.

Is there anything else we should know?
======================================
It could be a good opportunity for a community project or someone to fix a couple of bugs in an incremental way.
Robert,
do you know if such projects have been proposed already, I didn't find any references in Bugzilla.

lixonic - a volunteer - has contributed some some patches to the site to make it more mobile-friendly:

https://github.com/mozilla/mozhacks/pull/31
https://github.com/mozilla/mozhacks/pull/34

And we have an outstanding bug to redesign hacks with a responsive mode too:

Sorry for a late reply, Karl. I think Luke gave a good reply on the options we've gottten, and it should definitely be a part of the redesign of Hacks.
