** Observed w/ 7/21/99 Win32 M9 (non-Necko) build ** This is somewhat similar to Bug 10277 but produces a different set of core dump. To produce this problem, 1. I have a message which has Latin 2 header without MIME encoding. 2. First, I would select this message in a folder. 3. It does not show the header correctly, so I switch the Character Set menu to ISO-8859-2. 4. Then I re-select this same message. At step 4, a crash occurs. I have 2 incidents logged in TalkBack. 11415132 and 11415674. Both dumps are almost identical. Here's a partial dump from the 11415132: Trigger Type: Program Crash Trigger Reason: Access violation Call Stack: (Signature = raptorhtml.dll + 0x6b597 (0x6030b597) 4bbfb636) raptorhtml.dll + 0x6b597 (0x6030b597) raptorhtml.dll + 0x6cf11 (0x6030cf11) raptorhtml.dll + 0x6c129 (0x6030c129) raptorhtml.dll + 0x3b6a (0x602a3b6a) raptorhtml.dll + 0x24a59 (0x602c4a59) rdf.dll + 0x14989 (0x603c4989) rdf.dll + 0x1def4 (0x603cdef4) raptorhtml.dll + 0x81744 (0x60321744) raptorhtml.dll + 0x810f4 (0x603210f4) raptorhtml.dll + 0x80eb4 (0x60320eb4) raptorhtml.dll + 0x81496 (0x60321496) raptorhtml.dll + 0x8140d (0x6032140d) raptorhtml.dll + 0x2503d (0x602c503d) raptorview.dll + 0x1d4e (0x60941d4e) raptorview.dll + 0x63cf (0x609463cf) raptorview.dll + 0x2416 (0x60942416) raptorwidget.dll + 0x4fae (0x60964fae) raptorwidget.dll + 0x4ff4 (0x60964ff4) raptorwidget.dll + 0x75f9 (0x609675f9) raptorwidget.dll + 0x7859 (0x60967859) raptorwidget.dll + 0x6e96 (0x60966e96) raptorwidget.dll + 0x50c3 (0x609650c3) USER32.dll + 0x1250 (0x77e71250) 0x01180029

I'm going to mark this a dup of 10277. When you change character sets, it reloads the folder just like what happens in 10277. I think the stacks are the same, but it's hard to tell without function names in this bug. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 10277 ***

The explanation makes sense and so I'm going to verify it as a duplicate. I'll mark the dependency on 10277 so that we can revisit this bug when the former is fixed.
