10290 - Crash selecting an Abook card after deleting one

Using 19990721 build on all platforms, selecting an Address Book card after
Deleting a different card will crash.  Talk back report entered.

1. Launch Messenger
2. Select Address Book from the Tasks menu
3. Select Personal Address Book from the Directory pane (left pane).
4. If you don't have at least 3 cards, create them using New Card toolbar
button.  Close Address Book then reopen.
5. Select the bottom card and click the Delete toolbar button
6. Select another card.  I crash at this point on all three platforms

Update: Using 19990722 builds, this doesn't happen, but with this build the Address book is not adding new cards (bug 10320) and other problems.  This should be retested with a build after 10320 is fixed.

Bug 10302 is fixed in the necko build so I re-checked this bug.  I don't crash
using the original scenario, but I do crash using another scenario (requires
Abook to be opened twice in on session).  I can verify this if you to
resolve this and have a new bug written for the new scenario.

1. Launch Messenger
2. Select Address Book from Tasks menu
3. Select Personal Address Book (to display your cards, should have at least 2)
4. Close Address Book
5. Repeat steps 1-3 again
6. Select a card and click the Delete Toolbar button
This is where it crashes now.   Talkback incident logged, I will put the stack
trace in here when I get it.

More info about the newest scenario:  Any action on a card in the 2nd session of
the Address Book will cause the crash (Edit, New, Delete).  Also, Talkback is
not repsonding so I can't get the stack trace until it receives the feedback.

Correction comment: in the steps dated 8/03, Step #5 should say Repeat steps
2&3.
FYI...I wish we could edit the descriptions of the bugs, instead of adding
correction comments!

Bug 11198 has replaced this bug with the new scenario. Close this one as worked
for mw for the initial scenario.
