STR
1. Create the Social Smart Collection.
2. Open it. Verify that 
3. Install Facebook from Marketplace
4. Open Social Smart Collection created in step 1.

Actual result
Facebook does not appear in the Smart Collection. Delete and recreate the Smart Collection and Facebook is in it.

Additional notes:
* Check on 2.0
* I used the reinstalled Social collection (bug 1028322).
Parity with 1.4.
