1029294 - Page title for Webmaker.org homepage has changed from "Home - Mozilla Webmaker" to "Explore" and breaks webmaker-tests

The page title for the homepage is now "Explore" - this both trips up the existing webmaker-tests[1], as well as seeming incorrect/imprecise.

Previously, the page title for the homepage was "Home - Mozilla Webmaker" [2]

It seems to me there should be a taxonomy for page titles (to make it easier/more logical for bookmarking/automation, etc.).
