How to reproduce:
* click on telephone icon

What happened:
* empty pop-up is showed

What excpected:
* pop-up with "get a call URL" dialog

When I disabled HWA it fixed the problem.

Duplicate of bug 997304, the suggestion there is to update your graphics driver if you are able to (although yours seems quite up to date).
