Create a new view, called betasearch, to host all the experiments with the new search interface and features. Hide the view behind the 'betasearch' waffle flag. This will allow us to experiment, breaking stuff and iterate faster while website continues to function as usual. The first iteration of betasearch view should copy all functionality of search view. Eventually betasearch will replace the search view.
