Attached patch PatchSplinter Review
This removes the finished experiments (on build time) from the manifest json, while keeping them listed in the index.html for historical purposes.

I was unsure if I should call this finished, completed, expired.. I went with finished.

Please remove the opacity: .7, it looks a little strange.
