Now that the refactor has landed, it is easy to create a B2GEmulatorRunner. But there is still a bit of work to do to get general devices working.

Something like this should do the trick. I haven't tested it out yet, so won't ask for review. It'll probably take a bit until I can test this properly, but feel free to try it out in the meantime.

Realized this will break the 'connect_to_running_emulator' parameter in marionette. I'll fix that in a later patch after testing.
