Details
Part of bug 933430 is to move the bucket to us-west-2. Since that is simple, we want to do split that work out so we can do it right away. Moving the bucket to the new region will eliminate data transfer costs for processing/analysis on ec2 instances. This will involve updating code and docs to use the telemetry-published-v2 bucket.

Wow, that took a really long time. The contents of the bucket have been moved to telemetry-published-v2. Now I'll delete telemetry-published-v1.
