If you launch a smart collection with a long enough list of apps that requires you to scroll, you will notice the background image will disappear briefly while you are scrolling; and only reappear when you stop

Note: i also tried this in the rocketbar search box, and the behavior doesnt exist there because the background image is the phone image, not the e.me smart collection image.

1) install 2.0 aurora on Flame (20140624000201)

2) Add a smart collection that has a long list of apps that requires panning (ie. Music)
3) take note of the background image after you launch the smart collection
4) scroll the page.  verify the background image comes in and out 

Expected:
- background image remains on smart collections during scrolling

ActuaL:
- background image disappears briefly
