1029722 - Add circles behind next/previous chevrons on Homepage banner

The 'previous' and 'next' links on the homepage banner are only denoted by shadows on hover. I think we should add the circle backgrounds back behind the chevrons so they are more visible.

The circles could be white instead of blue... or play with the opacity. But I think the hit area needs to appear larger.

For this one, you will need to add some custom styles for .carousel-control .icon-prev and .carousel-control .icon-next. You'll want to make those elements bigger and give them a background colour
