Patryk, I'll let you decide if you want to flag this as blocking.

I'm guessing this is due to css we don't handle properly when computing the scaling when in AsyncPanZoomController::GetOverscrollTransform.  I would still like somebody from Music app to check CSS and make sure we're OK there; if we are, please make this Core/Panning & Zooming bug instead.
