If I remembered correctly, this bug was report long time ago and later it was
fixed. Now I see this again on the branch build (2001-10-03-03-0.9.4) again, 
and it occurs on all platforms.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch the browser.
2. Make sure it's in classic skin.
3. Select Edit > View Saved Data
4. The "Form Manager" dialog pops up, Click on "Name" and type something
   like letters "q or y" under "Prefix, First, Middle, etcc".
Notice that the letters "q & y" are truncated.
This happens only in classic theme.

smi.bin
