The requested object does not exist on this server. The link you followed is
either outdated, inaccurate, or the server has been instructed not to let you

this looks like a bad link which (correct me if I am wrong) we do not 
evagelize. Correct me if I am wrong on this or resolve this invalid please.
contacted webmaster@ftc.gov with explanation that alt attributes in missing
images will be displayed in full which will result in unexpected layout
especially for images used solely for layout purposes.

page renders fine in moz, the text is shown in ns6.2 though
mass resassign of all gov sites to the gov component. You may filter for 
these changes by searching for the string 
'wehaveagreatgovernmentintheusa'
